Expressive Abstract Painter. NZ Artist. Lover of colour texture and line.

I get a lot of my inspiration from the landscape and nature. I am always looking at what patterns, shapes, and colour combinations I can see. I will notice a pale green against grey/blue on the river bank and somehow as I develop an expressionistic painting I will see that something like this has influenced my colour choice for that piece. Starting very expressive and as the layers develop I fine tune the artwork.
